Graham Bell

Graham Bell is the SPS Chaplaincy Advisor for the Reformed Tradition. Prior to this he was the full-time Chaplain at HM Prison Glenochil, where he served since 1995. He is an ordained Baptist Minister and pastors a church in Stirling. Graham’s first degree was in Law, and it was from this time that he developed a passion for prisons and the rights of prisoners. He has served as a Trustee since 2016.

Kenny McGeachie

Kenny McGeachie

Rev Kenny McGeachie is a Permanent Deacon for the Archdiocese of Glasgow and a national Chaplaincy Advisor for the Scottish Prison Service (Roman Catholic).  He has worked with SPS in various roles for 30 years, including healthcare management, mental health, and 2 ‘throughcare’ secondments.  He was also a  full-time prison chaplain in Barlinnie, Low Moss and Perth. He is a deacon in a bustling local parish family in Cumbernauld.

Sheena Orr

Sheena Orr

Rev Dr Sheena Orr is a Church of Scotland minister and former Chaplaincy Advisor to the Scottish Prison Service (SPS). In addition to 11 years with SPS she worked for 4 years with the Kenyan Prison Service. She has also provided advice on the design and set up of Faith in Throughcare, a Faith in Community Scotland initiative and was a founder member of Stirling Interfaith Community Justice Group (now Forth Valley Inclusion). She has been involved with PW planning since 2014 and became a Trustee in 2018.  In addition to being a granny Sheena enjoys playing tennis and pádel with a bit of birdwatching thrown in – but not at the same time!

Marilyn Stenhouse DL. JP

Marilyn Stenhouse DL. JP

Marilyn Stenhouse leads an active role in her local community and is involved in various charity committees and organisations including being a Trustee for Prisoners Week for several years. For more than twenty years Marilyn has worked on a voluntary basis in HMP Cornton Vale and she is also a Trustee of Cornton Vale and Glenochil prison visitor centres. In conjunction with this Marilyn has been committed to childrens' welfare as a member of the Children's Hearing System for over 30 years. Marilyn is a committed Christian and is an Elder with associated responsibilities and duties whilst enjoying enjoy leisure time with her 7 grandchildren.

John Thomson

John Thomson

John Thomson has served as a Trustee since the launch of PWT in 2012. Currently John is PWT Secretary and Treasurer and is a Church of Scotland Elder. John was employed as Church of Scotland’s Chaplaincies Administrator between 1992 and 2019.
